To construct and commission a timely 60,000-barrel-per-day gas refinery employing state-of-the-art technologies, methods, and standards. Utilizing technical expertise, knowledge, and the participation of skilled and efficient workforce to maximize the utilization of gas condensates from the South Pars phases, aiming to prevent crude sales, create value, and produce gasoline to meet domestic needs and export targets.
