Bid documents were sent to the bidders on October 2018.
Technical and financial proposals were received on Feb 2019, and requested clarifications were made and afterward, the bidder’s technical evaluations were carried out.
The opening ceremony of financial proposals were held in May 2019, with participation of all the bidders and then after transaction committees verification/confirmation were sent for members of the board approval. At the end based on Holding policy, approved bidders were presented to the PEDC (Holding). Finally Petrochemical Industry Design and Engineering Company (PIDEC) was awarded EPC Contract and signed on 10 Nov 2019.
