Established in 2013, Javid Energy Parto was founded with the objective of constructing a gas condensate refinery with a capacity of 60,000 barrels per day as part of the comprehensive refining project “Siraf Refining Project” by Parsargad Energy Expansion and RAMPCO (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Company of Petrochemical Industries) as the initial primary shareholders, under the name Javid Energy Parto (Private Joint Stock Company). Subsequently, in 2021, by relocating the refinery construction site to Qeshm Island, the company expanded its activities and is currently implementing the refinery project with the investment of the Parsargad Energy Group. Structurally, the company operates as a subsidiary in the downstream sector of the Parsargad Energy Development Company.
